Cancellations Policy
As a user, you may cancel an order placed by you before the order enters the “En route” stage. For any permitted cancellations, we will refund payments, if any, made by you under the relevant order within approximately 48-72 hours. On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us. Cancellation of Order can't be done/accepted once the products under your order are released for dispatch.
In Addition, orders may be cancelled by the Company in any of the following cases:

if it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or

if it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a transaction which does not conform to or violates these Terms of Use/User Agreement, or

in case of unavailability of product(s), or
-
for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties. For such cancellations, the
The Company will refund the payment, if any, made by you under the relevant order within 72 hours.
We maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users, and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
Out of Stock situations
Our endeavor is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However in case this in not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange or cancel the order based on your convenience.
Shipment of Products
Tribal Spoon will take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
The selected product will be delivered only in the city it is mentioned as “available” on this Site.
Tribal Spoon shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery.

In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same. If you wish to attempt a redelivery, All cost incurred for the process of redelivery, if any, shall be claimed from you.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the delivery challan copy and returned to the delivery person. Returns and refunds of goods is available only for non perishable goods.
Regional Restrictions:
Tribal Spoon will not be responsible for the violation of laws that restricts the purchase and import of food that is restricted by the laws and regulations of the destination states and cities.
As a buyer, you will be responsible for assuring that the products that you purchase on this website can be legally imported and purchased.
Return Policy
Tribal Spoon has a "No Questions Asked Return and Refund Policy" which entitles all our buyers to return the product if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality of the product as long as the packaging is not opened. We will take the returned product back within a period of 2 days of delivery and issue an refund for the amount of the return products which will be credited to your account.
The return policy is not available to certain food products due to the delicate and perishable nature of the food items. These items and the no return policy will be notified to you on the item page.
Refund Policy
Refund, if any, shall be made at the same issuing bank through which the Product was purchased. For cash on delivery transactions the refund can be credited in any bank account via NEFT (for which the User shall have to share the bank details).
For payments made through electronic means like debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet etc. refund shall be made using the same payment mode.
All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.
